FREE Door Delivery Details:
Free Door Delivery On Orders Over $199.* Door delivery brings your items to your front door, garage door, or apartment door, no matter the floor. Items will be placed just outside your door and our team will not place any items inside. Items will be wrapped and may still require assembly and set up. A customer service representative will contact you to schedule the delivery.
Please Note:
- Merchandise will be wrapped for delivery
- Items are taken to your front or garage door and left outside
- Customer is responsible to open and un-pack the merchandise and assemble (if necessary) and remove the discarded packaging
- Mattress deliveries will come to your front door or garage wrapped in the factory plastic OR will be in the box from the manufacturer
- If no one is home during scheduled delivery time, the drivers will take a picture of the product left at the door
Premium In-Home Delivery Details:

This premium service is just $149.95* and it takes complete care of delivery and set-up of your new furniture. Merchandise will be unpacked and placed in the home at the customers direction.
If you wish to have our drivers wear a mask, please advise them when they arrive at the door.
Please Note:
- Merchandise will be unpacked and placed in the home at the customers direction
- Box(s) and packaging will be gathered up and removed from the customers home
- Customer can inspect their merchandise and advise if any issues are found
- Motion furniture and adjustable bases are tested to ensure satisfactory performance
- Mattress deliveries will be brought into the home and set up at the customers direction
- Grand will remove the old mattress and dispose of so long as the mattress is inside a provided plastic covering
- Grand does not haul away old furniture but will place the old furniture on the curb for trash pick-up if it’s available in the locality. On any mattress delivery, we will haul away your old mattress. We will remove the old mattress and dispose of as long as the mattress is inside provided plastic covering and is in a sanitary condition.
Picking up in Person Details:
You can opt to pick up your furniture from the store or our warehouse instead of getting it delivered. At the time of your purchase, let us know and we’ll tell you which location will have your purchase available for pick up. (Warehouse pick up only for online orders.)
Please Note:
- Merchandise will be wrapped for pick-up
- Customer is responsible for bringing packing and loading materials such as tie-downs and padding
- Grand employees will be on hand to assist customer in packing and loading merchandise for removal from store or warehouse
- Grand is not responsible for damages resulting from improper transport once the purchase has been removed from the store or warehouse by the customer
- Customer is responsible for unloading the merchandise from truck, van or trailer
- Customer is responsible to open and un-pack the merchandise and assemble (if necessary) and remove the discarded packaging

Making Sure You’re Happy
Before Your Delivery
Before delivery you will be called in advance to confirm the delivery date. On the date of the delivery, the truck will be loaded and the driver will call you with an estimated delivery time. If you have not received a call by 11am please call our customer service department at 1-866-472-6343.
Please have all walkways to that room cleared for our delivery team. While we are happy to deliver your furniture and set it up for you, we cannot install electronic equipment in entertainment cabinets or hang items on the walls.

After your delivery, a customer service team member will call or text you to make sure you were happy with your delivery. If you need assistance about your purchase beforehand you can contact your salesperson or the customer service department.
