If you order through our exclusive Grand Home Living brand, delivery is typically available in approximately 30 days, which is our fastest custom option. Your associate can provide a current estimate based on the brand and style you select. Grand Home Furnishings is not responsible for manufacturer delays, and estimated dates are not guaranteed.
Can I order custom furniture online?
Custom design orders must be placed in-store at any of our 16 Grand Home Furnishings locations across Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee. Seeing fabric samples in person and working with a design associate ensures you make confident choices about every detail. Find your nearest showroom.
What deposit is required for a custom furniture order?
A minimum 15% non-refundable deposit is required when your order is placed. For custom pillows, fabric, bedding, and miscellaneous accessories, payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
