A minimum 15% non-refundable deposit is required when your order is placed. For custom pillows, fabric, bedding, and miscellaneous accessories, payment in full is required at the time of purchase.

Options vary by brand and may include: fabric (solid, print, leather, or collage combinations), wood leg and arm finish, pillow size and fabric, trim details (welt, nailhead, contrast), cushion style (boxed, pleated, or knife-edge), cushion fill (down blend or high-density foam), and firmness (soft, medium firm, or firm). Some upgrades are included; others carry a premium. Your associate will explain all pricing before the order is finalized.

Yes — certain manufacturers in our program accept COM (Customer's Own Material) fabric. Each brand has specific yardage requirements. Ask your design associate which brands support COM and what the specs are for your chosen piece.

Orders may be canceled before production begins at the manufacturer. Once your piece enters production, cancellation results in forfeiture of your deposit. Because every custom piece is made exclusively for you, it cannot be restocked — so we encourage careful review of all selections before finalizing.

Once you take possession of your custom furniture, it cannot be returned for any reason other than a valid warranty issue. All custom design sales are final. We strongly encourage reviewing all selections carefully in-store before placing your order.
